Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Moli mobile application ("App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. License Grant:
   Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

3. Subscription and Billing:
   The App operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with the subscription. The billing cycle will automatically renew each month unless canceled. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and fees related to the subscription.

4. Intellectual Property:
   The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the App's developers or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content in the App without prior written consent.

5. Privacy:
   We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers:
   The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination:
   You have the right to terminate your access to the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of termination or suspension, but we are not obligated to do so. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

9. Governing Law:
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, regardless of conflicts of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement:
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

By using the Moli mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
